• All products shown are subject to availability
• We make every effort to display colors accurately but cannot guarantee that your device will display colors exactly as they appear in real life
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for any reason
• Prices are in USD / NPR (depending on selected currency) and are subject to change without notice
• We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing

3. Payment

Accepted payment methods:

• Bank transfer (for selected orders – contact us first)

We do NOT store your full credit card information on our servers.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed
• Delivery time depends on your location and chosen shipping method
• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier
• You are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in your country

5. Returns & Refunds

30-Day Return Policy (most items)

Conditions:

• Item must be in original condition with all tags attached
• Must include original packaging
• Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer (unless item is defective/wrong item sent)
• Refund will be processed to original payment method after inspection

Non-returnable items:

• Final sale items (clearly marked)
• Custom-made / personalized products
• Underwear / intimate apparel
• Items that have been worn/washed

Defective / Wrong Item

• Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product
• We will arrange return shipping and send replacement or issue full refund

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Customer Content), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Lomanthang Cashmere and its licensors.

All product photographs, descriptions, designs, logos and branding are our intellectual property.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Lomanthang Cashmere, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
