We use DHL service to deliver our Cashmere Products.

SHIPPING POLICY

When placing an international order, please keep the following in mind:

– All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD).

– You may be required to pay local taxes and customs charges in your country. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amounts. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

– International orders may be reviewed by customs agents, which can lead to shipping delays that are beyond our control.

RETURN POLICY:

If you are not completely satisfied, return your original purchase in new, unwashed condition within 30 days of receiving your order for an exchange or refund of the product price. Note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Items must be returned in original condition: clean, unworn, and with tags attached. Returns that are washed, worn, dirty, damaged, or marked as non-returnable will be sent back at your expense.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Once your return is received and approved (usually within 10 business days), your exchange or refund will be processed. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method if returned within 30 days, and you’ll receive an email notification when it’s done.

When you place an order, we assess the carrier options to ensure the fastest possible delivery to your destination. Some orders to Australia and Nepal may arrive in under a week. However, please be aware that packages can experience delays during customs clearance for various reasons, and we unfortunately cannot control these delays. Therefore, it’s advisable to plan conservatively and anticipate arrival times of 8 to 15 days after your order is placed.

Shipping costs vary based on your purchase and delivery location, calculated at checkout. To minimize costs, we consolidate your order for a single delivery. If you need expedited shipping for available items, we can split your order, sending available products immediately and the rest later. Additional shipping charges will apply, and no contact is necessary.

Shipping & Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your package to arrange a return or exchange. If you wish to make a return, please reach out to our customer service team in advance at +61 123 45 67 or via email at info@lomanthang.com. Be sure to include your order number when you contact us. The order number can be found in the order confirmation via e-mail or on your delivery note.

Refunds In Store will be processed immediately in-store, and it may take 3-5 days for the funds to return to your bank, depending on your bank.

Refunds In Posts,If you have returned your item to us by post, you should receive your refund or exchange within 14 days. Please note that during particularly busy periods, this may take a bit longer. Once your refund or exchange has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation. After that, please allow 3-5 working days for the refund to appear in your bank account, depending on your bank

Cancellation Policy

Yes, you can request cancelation by calling or emailing us. Before your order is shipped or charged, you can cancel it. Orders cannot be canceled once they have shipped. On the other hand, you have the option to automatically cancel your order by refusing delivery when it arrives.

The money will be returned to your account for prepaid orders within 7 business days.

Exchange Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your package to arrange a return or exchange an item. However, an exchange is only possible if the product you want is still available.
